David RobinsonMonroe Crossing welcomes new banjo player to the fold

At last the news is out — Monroe Crossing is delighted to welcome David Robinson on banjo! Like Benji Flaming before him, David will be joining the band at just 18 years of age. “David is a very mature and driven young man with enormous talent. We're so proud of him and feel blessed that he came along just as we needed someone like him,” says Mark Anderson.

“I’m very thankful and excited to have the chance to play with a group that not only plays straight bluegrass, but also applies different sounds to their music and does it all with great skill. Monroe Crossing's third all-Gospel recording includes three originals songs: Derek's "Joy Joy Joy," Lisa's "Boy on the Gravestone" and Mark and Lisa's "Micah 6:8." The CD is available!Order before Monday,December 19th, 2011 and we'll get it to you for Christmas!
